Welcome to Picked, Pickled & Plated - Spring! Cooking with and preserving seasonal ingredients. The kitchen that evolves with the seasons - celebrating Nature’s pantry!! Join us at Our Kitchen for the final in our series of fantastic food preserving workshops in partnership with Place partnerships. We will share tips on how to pickle, ferment, dehydrate, make vinegars, cordials and purees from your favourite locally grown and foraged ingredients, making them available to you throughout the year!! This in-person event is perfect for food enthusiasts looking to add some pizzazz to their culinary skills - or those who want to reduce their food budget, and food waste.
